The delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer will be made at the address specified at the time of placing the order. Any change to the originally specified address / delivery modalities can be made by expressly informing Vandercamp (by email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of placing the order).
The delivery to the address specified by the Buyer will be made through the DPD express courier company between 09:00 and 17:00 on business days. The courier company's representative will attempt to contact the buyer in advance. If the parcel cannot be delivered, the courier company's staff will let you know and then try to deliver again. We will always provide couriers all the information received from you about the address specified for delivery and any other mentions made when ordering, but we cannot check whether they are always taken into account.
If the second delivery attempt fails due to new reasons, we will try to find a safe place where we can temporarily store the parcel. From this date, you have maximum 15 calendar days to request a new delivery, the cost of which will be fully supported by you, according to DPD's pricing policy (www.dpd.com).
If the delivery will not be requested or cannot be made within the 15 calendar days, we will qualify the refusal to accept it as your intention to cancel the contract, which will be deemed terminated, the advance paid will be retained by Vandercamp as indemnity. For the moment, we only deliver on the territory of the European Union.
Deliveries to the European Union are made through DPD (www.dpd.com) and are free.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be delivered in multiple tranches. Subject to the availability of the products, we will do our best to process your order by the date specified in the delivery confirmation. However, delays may arise from either unforeseen events or objectively prolonging the time required to produce the products according to your specifications. In the event of a situation affecting the delivery date initially communicated, we will inform you about this situation and we will offer you the option of keeping the order with a new delivery date or canceling the order, while reimbursing the entire amount paid .
